Role Qualifications:

• Must learn safety guides in order to operate and clean equipment.
• Must learn product names and specifications.
• Must learn ratio of material to be mixed on the blender line.
• Must learn how to process and doff cans.

Position Responsibilities:

• Open bales for processing (Uniflock)
• Clean and feed the hoppers on blender line.
• Move the doffing cans to Drawing area, and obtain empty cans for carding area.
• Change the ID band colors according to the product running on the line.
• Tint the fiber in the dye area.
• Be cognizant of sliver weight.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Essential Skills and Responsibilities:

• GED

• Some Experience in manufacturing processes.
• Must be familiar with bobbin colors.
• Must pass colour deficiency test
