Job Summary:
The Test Examiner is responsible for providing testing and testing services to customers after successfully completing new test administrator training and certification.
Essential Functions:

· Ensure daily delivery of testing exam. Demonstrate good customer service and ensure testing environment is comfortable and testing equipment (computers, calculators) if authorized, is user-friendly at all times. |
· Admit examinees, verify identification, and explain exam procedures. |
· Monitor examinees while testing for possible cheating and disruptive behavior |
· Maintain a secure testing environment |
· Communicate with internal departments to investigate, identify and repair technical issues as needed |
· Strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgement |
· Submit incident reports as needed in a timely manner |
· Prepare all appropriate exam materials for use during testing |
· Maintain testing files |
· Conduct testing under standard conditions or with special accommodations for candidates with documented disabilities. |
· Other duties as assigned |
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent *and* one year of customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience administering standardized tests. Strong communication, organizational and computer skills are a must. Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment. Must be flexible in work hours and days.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part-time position and not eligible for benefits. Position will be located on the WGTC Douglasville campus with some schedule flexibility.
Rate of Pay:
$14 an hour, no benefits
