Job Summary:

The Test Administrator is responsible for delivering and overseeing testing services for a wide range of assessments, including high school equivalency (HSE) exams and community certification tests, after successfully completing new test administrator training and certification.

Essential Functions:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

· Ensure daily delivery of testing exam. Demonstrate good customer service and ensure testing environment is comfortable and testing equipment (computers, calculators) if authorized, is user-friendly at all times.

· Admit examinees, verify identification, and explain exam procedures.

· Monitor examinees while testing for possible cheating and disruptive behavior

· Maintain a secure testing environment

· Communicate with internal departments to investigate, identify and repair technical issues as needed

· Strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgement

· Submit incident reports as needed in a timely manner

· Prepare all appropriate exam materials for use during testing

· Maintain testing files

· Conduct testing under standard conditions or with special accommodations for candidates with documented disabilities.

· Ability to work independently

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent *and* one year of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience administering standardized tests. Strong communication, organizational and computer skills are a must. Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment. Must be flexible in work hours and days.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a part-time position and not eligible for benefits. Position will be located on the WGTC LaGrange campus with some schedule flexibility.

Rate of Pay:

$14 an hour, no benefits

Associate's degree AND Three (3) years of work related experience Note: Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
