Workplace: Remote
Travel: 75%- extensive travel throughout Northern half of the state
Job Summary:
· Under supervision of the Developmental Disabilities Regional Services Administrator, the Health and Quality Manager (HQM) reviews provider locations and provides onsite technical assistance to providers when necessary to ensure providers’ compliance with statewide policy, protocols, and standards and to ensure the health and safety of people served and the quality of services. This position has frequent interaction with support coordinators and support coordination supervisors as necessary. While this position will be based in a single region, the coverage area will encompass multiple regions.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform scheduled and unscheduled visits and in person technical assistance with providers as assigned by the Regional Services. These visits are typically in response to provider requests, DBHDD internal referrals, and Support Coordination concerns of ongoing issues.
· Build and maintain relationships with support coordination agencies, DBHDD State Office staff, and pertinent providers to promote collaboration and ensure quality service delivery and accurate and complete documentation
· Address unresolved concerns and oversee provider accountability for completing actions needed to promote quality outcomes for individuals served by DBHDD
· Aggregate regional information to create a regional monthly and quarterly report of HQM activities
· Provide onsite technical assistance and monitoring of DBHDD Providers Incident Reporting for timely action and completion and managing Support Coordination.
· May occasionally be asked to assist with Behavioral Health provider

Physical Requirements:
· Sitting at a desk and working on a computer and phone.
- Must be able to lift to 10 pounds at times.
- Will require frequent driving in and across assigning regions including some overnight travel.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years of job-related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Four years of experience working with people who have intellectual or closely related developmental disabilities and behavioral health diagnoses.
· Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
· Bilingual (Spanish/English/Other)
