Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience in building repairs and maintenance or in the specific area of assignment; or two (2) years of experience at the lower level General Trades Tech 2 (FET031) or position equivalent.
- Note: Some positions may require area specific certifications/licenses,

Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of experience with commercial plumbing in an industrial, or correctional environment.
- One year experience with operation of commercial sewer cleaning and jetting equipment.
- One year experience towing/hauling trailers with equipment on it.

Comments/ Notes;
- This position is assigned to the Southwest Regional Maintenance Team.
- This position has regional wide responsibilities, and the selected candidate must live or be willing to relocate into the Southwest Region.
- Emergency response may be required after hours or on weekends.
