BSB BAG Material Handler

Winpak is looking for a dedicated Material Handler to join our team on rotating 8 hour shifts, on either 1st (7am-3pm) and 2nd shift (3pm-11pm).
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, and under the guidance of the Shift Supervisor or Lead Operators, you will be responsible for the movement of materials to and from the BSB bag machines, completing associated MOVEX/SFDC transactions, inspecting final FG pallets, and assisting bag machine operators. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a consistent flow of materials (raw, packaging, and finished goods) to and from production areas
• Perform inventory transactions, including receipts, SFDC issues, and movements
• Physically move raw materials and packaging to production lines and move finished goods to warehouse areas
• Conduct quality checks on completed materials, ensuring accuracy of labels and reporting
• Perform daily inventory and warehouse organization, including labeling and storing incoming materials
• Oversee warehouse cleanliness and develop daily housekeeping routines
• Report daily on designated inventory items and conduct periodic cycle counts
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a production or warehouse environment
• Forklift certification (stand-up and sit-down)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Effective time management abilities
• Computer literate
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with warehouse inventory management systems
• Familiarity with hazardous material handling procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision
Additional Details:
• This position is 8 hour rotating shifts which are either 1st (7am-3pm) or 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
• The role is 100% onsite, with the possibility of occasional overtime.
