Winpak Films is seeking a Sales Coordinator Assistant to join the Customer Service team based out of Senioa, Georgia. In this role you will play a key role in supporting the Customer Service team by ensuring order accuracy, maintaining records, and facilitating smooth communication between customers, sales staff, and production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit customer orders for accuracy by verifying purchase orders and item specifications.

• Enter and process customer orders within 24 hours.

• Maintain and file completed order documentation both electronically and physically.

• Prepare and review Open Order and Customer ASP reports as required.

• Respond promptly to customer and sales staff inquiries via phone and email.

• Monitor and update order status, coordinating with Sales on credit holds and order issues.

• Support shipping log entries using reports from Production Control.

• Assist with complaint reporting and ARG processing as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory of stock on-hand and generate reports for Sales staff and customers as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative position that required a high attention to detail

• 1+ years of proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• 1+ years of experience with data entry

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years providing support to customer service professionals

Additional Details:

• Shift Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm
• Work Location: 100% onsite in Senoia, GA
