Winpak Films Inc. is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to join the Operations team based out of Senoia, GA on a full-time onsite schedule. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining production efficiency by managing shop orders, verifying daily reporting, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of raw materials and finished goods. You will collaborate closely with Supervisors, Managers, and Scheduling to improve reporting accuracy and support operational excellence. Your contribution will help ensure Winpak continues to meet daily commitments to customers while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities / What you will do:

  • File and manage shop orders in the electronic system.
  • Verify and correct production and material reporting in the ERP system.
  • Reconcile completed shop orders to ensure accuracy of production and waste data.
  • Collaborate with production personnel to resolve reporting errors and implement preventative measures.
  • Analyze and resolve Shop Floor Data Collection errors in the process management system.
  • Support scheduling personnel to ensure correct orders are available when needed.
  • Provide daily feedback to management regarding production reporting improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of clerical experience in a production, inventory, or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with production reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • Exposure to scheduling or logistics support in a production setting.
  • Experience training or mentoring peers.

Additional Details

  • This position is full-time, onsite.
  • Standard office environment with some exposure to production and warehouse areas.
  • Occasional physical activity required, including walking between plants and lifting up to 20 pounds.
