- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Ability to pass welding certification
- Capacity to read and understand blueprints
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good attendance
- Ability to work flexible hours and lift 50 pounds
- Identify process disruptions and malfunctions and perform minor adjustments per standard operating procedures and protocols
- Perform routine inspections and daily basic preventative maintenance on equipment
- Perform MIG welding
- Load and unload weld fixtures
- Move parts to and from stations
- Tend to robot fixtures
- Perform other duties as assigned
