- Pay of $17.30 - $18.30 depending on the shift
- Multiple Shifts Available
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift) on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift) on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule

- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Associate degree in a related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with plastics, colorants, and prior quality control experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic Computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Adheres to all plant and company safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Conducts thorough walkthroughs to identify improvement opportunities
- Monitors and manages nonconforming products, promptly reporting anomalies
- Collaborates with line operators and management to resolve specification deviations
- Identifies, logs, and documents product defects in designated systems
- Prepares, tests, and evaluates samples using appropriate testing equipment
- Records and compares test results against established standards
- Maintains accurate quality inspection records and databases (Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Ensures calibrated devices are validated and assists with recalibration as needed
- Conducts incoming inspections and gathers trial data as directed
- Assists in corrective and preventive action investigations
- Trains plant staff on quality procedures and work instructions
- Maintains a clean, organized work area free of safety hazards
- Consistently meets production standards and seeks process improvements
- Performs other duties as assigned
