What We're Looking For

• High school diploma
• Associate's degree preferred
• Strong data entry and administrative skills
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
• Basic reading and math skills
• Excellent communication skills

What You’ll Do as a Data Entry Clerk

• Assist and process logo/personalization requests
• Receive, review, and submit order requests
• Review customer orders for pricing, accuracy, and compliance with company policies
• Accurately enter logo orders into SAP
• Provide telephone support for internal and external customers
• Issue and track return authorizations
• Provide backup support for the Customer Operations Team
• Perform other tasks as assigned
