Start your new career as a Manufacturing Associate with MAU at our client in Griffin, GA. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will safely and efficiently perform assigned duties, producing defect-free product, and facilitate movement of material and assure perfect product quality.

What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year(s) of experience
  • Continuous improvement knowledge preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
  • Ability to operate hand tools efficiently
  • Ability to connect wire harnesses efficiently
  • Ability to learn and rotate through all production and support roles
  • Ability to occasionally move to accomplish tasks and from one worksite to another
  • Ability to operate machinery and/or power tools
  • Work cooperatively within a team environment
  • Flexible work hours to account for over time as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
What You’ll Do as a Manufacturing Associate
  • Start-up, operation, change over, shut down, and preventative maintenance of assigned production equipment (such as production line equipment, forklifts, other power equipment, etc.)
  • Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with Company Safety Policy
  • Perform manual tasks such as: loading and supplying production line items, reworking product, and loading conveyors
  • Quality Assurance and test compliance according to Company and/or designated facility standards
  • Inspect your own work as well as that of other associates
  • Provide general plant, production line, and facility clean up (5S)
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvement ideas
  • Perform other tasks as required
