What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience or classroom training
• Experience welding aluminum
• TIG experience
• Ability to conduct metrics conversions
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, stand and walk for the duration of the shift, bend, stoop, wear required PPE (gloves, eye, and face protection) and lift 50 pounds
