• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience handling hazardous chemicals
• Ability to adjust formulas based on inspection data
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and handle full 55-gallon drums
• Proficiency in basic math, including unit conversions and fractions
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
• Understanding of formulation logic and process troubleshooting

• Test and inspect raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
• Adjust formulations during processing and communicate rework needs
• Troubleshoot issues in product quality and manufacturing processes
• Support new product development with formula expertise
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and adjustments
• Operate lab equipment including molding machines, computers, and testing devices
• Communicate product status across shifts and teams
• Ensure cleanliness of lab and inspection areas
• Serve as backup for the QC Manager when needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
