MAU is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in LaGrange, GA. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide administrative support and assist in screening and interviewing candidates to ensure the successful placement of qualified talent.

Shift Information
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Periodic nights and weekends as needed

Required Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of general experience
  • Experience working with the general public
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Education and Experience
  • 2-3 years professional experience
  • Staffing industry or manufacturing HR experience
  • Experience with HRIS or ATS systems
  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Essential Functions
  • Support recruiting and HR administrative tasks
  • Screen and interview candidates
  • Schedule appointments, assessments, and orientations
  • Conduct background checks and drug testing
  • Maintain recruitment records and documentation
  • Assist with receptionist duties and orientation processing
  • Communicate candidate progress with Staffing Specialists
  • Participate in monthly audits and inventory management
  • Attend branch meetings and support office logistics

Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Professional office environment
  • Frequent use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, etc.)

Physical Requirements
  • Lift 5–20 lbs periodically
  • Stand or walk for up to 2 hours
  • Sit for up to 8 hours

Travel
  • Minimal travel required
