- Staffing industry or manufacturing HR experience
- Experience with HRIS or ATS systems
- Associate’s degree or higher

- Participate in monthly audits and inventory management
- Attend branch meetings and support office logistics
- Professional office environment
- Frequent use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, etc.)
- Lift 5–20 lbs periodically
- Stand or walk for up to 2 hours
- Sit for up to 8 hours
- Minimal travel required
