Start your new career as a Process Technician with MAU in Conyers, GA. As a Process Technician, you will support manufacturing operations by monitoring and adjusting production processes to ensure consistent, high-quality output while maintaining operator safety and process stability.

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or recycling operations
• Experience with electrical repairs and general maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High school diploma or GED - preferred

• Set up and monitor production machine parameters
• Perform start-of-shift machine configurations and quality checks
• Place raw materials into production lines and prevent material contamination
• Troubleshoot and conduct mechanical and electrical repairs
• Perform quality control checks throughout and at the end of production
• Maintain production equipment, including inspections and basic repairs
• Conduct mold changes and fine-tune robots in injection molding processes
• Ensure proper functionality of End of Arm Tooling (EOAT)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with planning and engineering teams to improve processes
• Perform other duties as assigned
