• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a senior operator or lead role
• Experience in injection molding, plastics recycling, or chemical production preferred
• Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or GED - preferred
• Ability to work in a loud, dusty, and physically demanding environment
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail

• Lead and coach production staff to meet daily productivity and quality goals
• Operate production equipment and mix chemical solutions safely and efficiently
• Perform hourly quality checks and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate production records and manage raw material staging
• Ensure team members have the required PPE and follow safety guidelines
• Perform light maintenance and equipment calibration as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Manage schedules and authorize timecards
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement
