MAU is hiring a Program Manager for Grenzebach in Newnan, GA. As a Program Manager, you will lead and scale complex data center infrastructure programs while building and mentoring a high-performing team.
Shift Information
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- PMP Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in program management
- Proven success in cross-functional program execution in complex or high-growth environments
- Experience with Microsoft Project, WaySuite, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools
- Proficiency with SAP (Project Systems module), Power BI, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
- PgMP, ITIL, or Agile/SAFe Certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma operational practices
- Experience with DCIM platforms, AutoCAD, or Visio
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and scale operational systems
- Deep understanding of the data center ecosystem, including rack integration and compliance
- Strategic thinker with strong hands-on problem-solving ability
- Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders (VP and above)
- Customer-focused mindset with operational excellence
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of project managers
- Own execution and governance across a portfolio of data center customer programs
- Drive standardization of processes, reporting, and quality across programs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and services
- Implement dashboards, reporting rhythms, and KPI tracking for internal and customer reviews
- Partner with executive stakeholders on program health, risk, and roadmap development
- Manage capacity planning, tooling strategy, and operational scalability initiatives
- Act as a key leader in fast-paced, startup-like environments
