Shift Information

Required Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in Human Resources or a manufacturing environment
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a manufacturing environment
  • HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP)

  • Powered Industrial Equipment Knowledge

Essential Functions
  • Direct daily operations of MAU personnel at the customer site
  • Maintain compliance with client KPIs and workforce metrics
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training processes
  • Mentor and promote a safe work culture; lead incident investigations
  • Track attendance, performance, and employee relations issues
  • Conduct disciplinary actions and manage employment terminations
  • Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Report key performance indicators to both MAU and client teams
  • Manage associate engagement and recognition programs
  • Supervise direct reports (e.g., Associate Relations Leader, Admin Support)
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work may occur in both administrative offices and manufacturing areas
  • Use of standard office equipment is required
  • May work in environments ranging from non-climate-controlled to GMP clean rooms
  • May involve proximity to manufacturing equipment and powered industrial vehicles
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 5–25 lbs periodically
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 9 hours
  • Ability to sit for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to climb stairs as needed
Travel
  • Must be able to travel overnight and for extended periods (up to 10%)
  • Flexibility with travel schedules is required
