• 12-hour rotating shifts (1st & 3rd: 8 AM–8 PM / 8 PM–8 AM)
• 3-2-4 schedule with 8 days off after every rotation

• Minimum 2 years of textile manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or GED - preferred
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Capability to perform tasks while standing for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable working in uncommon postures as required by the role

• Perform creel/tie-in filling and fabric inspections
• Repair filling and warp stops efficiently
• Complete daily communication worksheets accurately
• Maintain high standards of fabric quality throughout production
