What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of proven customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multi-channel communication tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident and professional phone presence
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle customer resolutions effectively
  • Sales-minded approach to offering value-added services
  • Availability to work rotating shifts (8 AM–8 PM EST), including weekends and holidays
What You’ll Do as a Customer Support Specialist:
  • Deliver exceptional service to consumers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Assist with technical support for tankless water heaters and related applications
  • Guide customers through self-service issues or direct them to professional service providers
  • Accurately document inquiries using internal tracking systems
  • Process parts orders and provide assistance with parts identification
  • Collaborate with purchasing to ensure timely inventory replenishment
  • Handle parts order credits for returns or damages
  • Monitor and expedite order statuses as needed
  • Respond to inquiries regarding order status, returns, pricing, and product information
  • Quote and gain approval for repairs and shipments
  • Suggest updates for internal and external knowledge bases
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and parts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Work overtime as required
