As a Manufacturing Service Coordinator, you will support customer care and after-sales service for partners across the Americas. In this role, you’ll handle service inquiries, coordinate parts and service requests, maintain inventory levels, and create service opportunities to drive customer satisfaction.   • Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with occasional Fridays (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

What We’re Looking For
  • Higher education degree with a technical focus OR 3 years of experience in a technical/service support role
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care or after-sales support
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and computer-based inventory control systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to support customer needs as required

What You’ll Do as a Manufacturing Service Coordinator
  • Respond to daily incoming service inquiries and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Process and follow up on parts and service requests for partners across North and South America
  • Create recommended parts lists, service packages, and warranty dispatches
  • Maintain stock levels of key parts and components
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to document and close cases with accurate costs, actions, and root causes
  • Partner with account managers to upsell spare parts packages
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 Quality Management System standards
  • Support finance with invoice closure and follow-up
  • Promote a safety-first culture at both client sites and company facilities
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Regularly required to talk, listen, sit, stand, walk, and use hands
  • Occasionally lift/move up to 30 lbs
  • Specific vision abilities required (close, distance, ability to adjust focus)
