Start your new career as a Slitter Machine Operator with MAU at our client in Atlanta, GA. As a Slitter Machine Operator, you will operate and maintain slitter machinery to cut materials into specified widths with precision and efficiency. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing machine operation role
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Operate the slitter machine to cut materials (e.g., tape, film, paper) to specified widths
- Set up the machine per job specifications, including blade adjustments and roll alignment
- Monitor the machine during operation to ensure product quality and accuracy
- Inspect finished products and troubleshoot minor machine issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and protocols
- Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
