MAU is hiring a Human Resources Manager in Gainesville, GA. As a Human Resources Manager, you will lead the HR function on-site, ensuring employee engagement, workforce stability, and compliance with labor and safety regulations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

- Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent experience
- Experience in human resources, employee relations, or a similar HR leadership role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to deliver training and mentor team members
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial HR
- SHRM or HRCI certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Hands-on leadership approach with a strong sense of integrity and discretion
- Ability to coach, mentor, and support supervisors and team members
- Skilled communicator with the ability to resolve conflicts and build trust across teams
- Strong understanding of labor law, safety standards, and compliance practices
- Oversee HR policies and programs including employee relations, onboarding, disciplinary actions, staffing, and training
- Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategy with business goals
- Supervise and develop the HR team
- Manage performance reviews, coaching initiatives, and employee recognition programs
- Serve as a liaison between employees and leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
- Administer HR communications, policies, and handbooks
- Lead leadership development and workforce planning initiatives
- Support cross-functional projects and special initiatives
- On-site at a fast-paced production facility
- Frequent interaction with employees across shifts and departments
- Regular exposure to manufacturing conditions including temperature variation
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and navigate production areas
- Ability to use hands for documentation, tools, and communication equipment
- Must be able to move through the facility including stairs and production zones
- Clear communication in-person and via radio or phone
- Minimal travel required
