Required Education and Experience

Essential Functions
  • Screen candidates and schedule interviews and assessments
  • Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding documentation
  • Perform background checks, education verifications, and drug testing
  • Support recruitment efforts through online sourcing platforms
  • Maintain accurate employment records and candidate communications
  • Coordinate with Staffing Specialists to meet staffing goals
  • Conduct branch audits and maintain required inventory (e.g., PPE, uniforms)
  • Provide front-desk support and assist walk-in applicants
  • Participate in branch meetings and support office logistics
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Professional office setting using standard office equipment
  • Ability to lift 5–20 lbs periodically
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 2 hours and sit for up to 8 hours
