- 1 year of professional work experience
- Experience working with the general public
- Experience in staffing or manufacturing HR
- Familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems
- Associate degree or higher
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

- Screen candidates and schedule interviews and assessments
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding documentation
- Perform background checks, education verifications, and drug testing
- Support recruitment efforts through online sourcing platforms
- Maintain accurate employment records and candidate communications
- Coordinate with Staffing Specialists to meet staffing goals
- Conduct branch audits and maintain required inventory (e.g., PPE, uniforms)
- Provide front-desk support and assist walk-in applicants
- Participate in branch meetings and support office logistics
- Professional office setting using standard office equipment
- Ability to lift 5–20 lbs periodically
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 2 hours and sit for up to 8 hours
