Start your new career as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk with MAU at a leading manufacturer in Atlanta, GA. As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will prepare accurate shipments, manage inventory transactions, and coordinate material transfers to ensure timely and efficient warehouse operations in a bonded warehouse environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or shipping/receiving clerical work
- 1+ years of forklift experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP systems
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, safety rules, and documentation
- Forklift certification (sit-down required; stand-up/reach lift preferred) or willingness to certify
- Strong math skills including weight, volume, and measurement conversions
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly and handle up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and reasoning skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred (experience may substitute)
What You’ll Do as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk:
- Coordinate transfers of materials and finished goods between the bonded warehouse and plant
- Use SAP to process shipments, deliveries, pick lists, BOLs, and PO reports
- Receive and verify raw materials according to plant instructions
- Prepare and stage customer orders, including partial pallets, for various truck types
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
- Process parcel shipments using UPS and look up schedules via CH Robinson
- Maintain shipping and receiving records and close documents in SAP
- upport scrap material and waste pickup coordination
- Operate forklifts and perform daily safety inspections
- Keep the shipping area, docks, and outdoor storage spaces clean and organized
- Follow all OSHA, quality system, and company safety policies
- Provide backup support during staff absences and participate in continuous improvement teams
