As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will support the warehouse team by receiving materials, preparing outbound shipments, and ensuring accuracy in shipping and inventory processes in a high-volume, safety-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
- Forklift operation experience required (sit-down and high lifts); certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Familiarity with standard shipping and receiving procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
- Strong basic math skills and high attention to detail
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods
- Frequently lift up to 70 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Regular exposure to warehouse equipment, mechanical parts, and airborne particles
What You’ll Do as a Shipping & Receiving Associate:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials per plant work instructions
- Use SAP to print pick lists, BOLs, and PO reports; process deliveries and shipments
- Prepare and stage customer orders; load materials onto various truck types
- Process parcel shipments using UPS software and track deliveries via CH Robinson
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, dock, and outside storage area
- Communicate with customer service, carriers, and offsite warehouse for scheduling
- Coordinate pickup of scrap materials and waste dumpsters
- Comply with OSHA safety standards and Quality System procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
