What We’re Looking For:
-
1–3 years of experience operating flexographic or similar web-fed printing presses (Mark Andy, Nilpeter, Gallus, Comco, etc.)
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
-
Basic knowledge of color matching, ink handling, and print registration
-
Ability to read job tickets, artwork proofs, and measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, gauges)

Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork

Preferred but not required:
-
Experience with UV or water-based inks
-
Knowledge of die-cutting, lamination, or slitting operations
-
Familiarity with Water Wash Plate Technology or Direct-to-Plate systems
What You’ll Do as a Flexographic Press Operator:

Set up and run narrow-web flexographic printing presses (up to 9 colors)

Prepare printing jobs including plate mounting, ink mixing, and substrate loading
-
Thread web through press stations, dryers, and die-cut units
-
Monitor and maintain print quality, registration, and color consistency

Perform inline finishing such as laminating, varnishing, and die-cutting
-
Clean press components and maintain ink viscosity
-
Accurately record production data (run time, waste, materials used)

Follow all safety, quality, and environmental protocols
