What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting

• High school diploma or GED - required

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate machinery and forklifts

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active, non-climate-controlled environment

• Forklift certification or experience is a plus (training may be provided)

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts

What You’ll Do as a Production Technician:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust equipment such as grinders, glue applicators, and finishing lines

• Perform start-up, changeover, and shutdown procedures safely and efficiently

• Load raw materials and monitor product flow

• Inspect finished goods for quality compliance

• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and report malfunctions

• Maintain production records and track material usage

• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and chemical handling protocols

• Keep work areas clean and organized

• Support continuous improvement efforts around safety, quality, and waste reduction
