What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Forklift certification or experience is a plus (training available)
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
  • Must pass background check and pre-employment screenings

What You’ll Do as a Production Technician:
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment such as grinders, glue applicators, finishing lines, and forklifts
  • Perform equipment start-up, changeover, and shutdown procedures
  • Load raw materials, inspect products, and maintain quality control
  • Troubleshoot and make minor mechanical adjustments; report issues promptly
  • Accurately document production data, material usage, and downtime
  • Follow all safety procedures, including use of PPE and chemical handling protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily output goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to quality, efficiency, and waste reduction
