What You’ll Do as a Production Technician:

- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Forklift certification or experience is a plus (training available)
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Must pass background check and pre-employment screenings
- Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment such as grinders, glue applicators, finishing lines, and forklifts
- Perform equipment start-up, changeover, and shutdown procedures
- Load raw materials, inspect products, and maintain quality control
- Troubleshoot and make minor mechanical adjustments; report issues promptly
- Accurately document production data, material usage, and downtime
- Follow all safety procedures, including use of PPE and chemical handling protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily output goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to quality, efficiency, and waste reduction
