Start your new career as an Extrusion Operator with MAU at AHF in Cartersville, GA. As an Extrusion Operator, you will operate and maintain extrusion line equipment to produce high-quality flooring products according to production specifications. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
What We Offer:
- Pay of $20/hr
- Swing shift schedule: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on (Days: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM / Nights: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM)

- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience (extrusion or plastics preferred)
- 1+ year of machine operation experience
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand for 12-hour shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends
- Forklift/PIT certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)
- Safety-focused mindset
- Set up, start, and shut down extrusion lines per process guidelines
- Adjust machine settings to maintain consistent product quality
- Perform routine quality checks and inspections
- Monitor key production parameters (line speed, temperature, pressure, etc.)
- Prepare and stage raw materials for continuous operation
- Complete accurate production reports and system entries
- Perform equipment cleaning, minor adjustments, and routine maintenance
- Communicate equipment or product issues to leadership promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety protocols and best practices
