Start your new career as a Shipping Clerk with MAU at our client in Douglasville, GA. As a Shipping Clerk, you will support daily warehouse operations, including parts inventory, order processing, and shipment preparation. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
What We Offer:
- Pay of $19.00 per hour
- Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
- Hands-on experience with inventory and ERP systems
- High school diploma or GED
- 2–3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior forklift experience required
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and shipping procedures
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Odoo ERP and Fishbowl Inventory (preferred)
- Strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Receive, organize, and stock parts efficiently
- Process parts orders and prepare outbound shipments
- Track inventory levels and report shortages
- Assist technicians and customers with parts inquiries
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed
- Manage returns and warranty claims for defective parts
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries
- Use ERP systems (ODOO, Fishbowl) for inventory and shipping tasks
