Shift Information
  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Required Education and Experience
  • HS Diploma
  • 3–5 years of experience working with the general public
  • Proven track record of working successfully with customers and/or employees

  • HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP)
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Essential Functions
  • Communicate fluently in English and Spanish, including translating documents and conversations
  • Hire, supervise, evaluate, and recommend status changes for employees
  • Conduct consistent orientation/onboarding for new associates
  • Administer and uphold company policies and procedures
  • Maintain applicant flow and analyze recruitment source reports
  • Review and process customer work orders
  • Develop and update client orientation materials
  • Set up pay and bill rates with approval
  • Administer assessments as required by clients
  • Process merit, tenure, and incentive increases
  • Submit billing documents according to client standards
  • Respond to after-hours employee accidents, coordinate treatment and case management
  • Complete accident investigations and workers’ compensation reports
  • Attend unemployment and workers’ compensation hearings as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain site visit schedules
  • Meet monthly safety KPI requirements
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Operates in a professional office and at client sites (which may include administrative and manufacturing environments)
  • May include exposure to non-temperature-controlled spaces and GMP clean rooms
  • May include proximity to process manufacturing equipment and industrial vehicles
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 5–20 lbs periodically and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 4 hours
  • Ability to climb stairs multiple times daily
  • Ability to sit for up to 4 hours
