Start your new career as a Machine Operator with MAU at a leading manufacturer in LaGrange, GA. As a Machine Operator, you will support production operations by safely transporting, loading, and organizing textile materials throughout the plant. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

- 12-hour shifts:
- First Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR
- Third Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other mobile equipment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Commitment to safety and adherence to plant safety specifications
- Operate a lift truck to supply greige fabric to the range
- Load/unload trailers and transport materials to proper storage areas
- Support inspectors by transporting rolls to/from inspection tables
- Move rolls to the warehouse and maintain roll organization
- Wrap and stage finished rolls for shipping
- Deliver materials to the lab and log information as needed
- Handle chemical deliveries and submit paperwork accurately
- Ensure clean and organized work areas, including roll and chock bin maintenance
- Comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
