Start your new career as a Second Shift Warehouse Associate with MAU at our client in Atlanta, GA. As a Warehouse Associate, you will assist the company by helping to streamline the distribution and ordering process. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. You must submit proof of education to be considered for this position.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED (must submit proof of education to be considered for this position)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 10 hours
  • Ability to walk up/down flights of stairs repetitively.
  • 1+ year(s) of warehouse experience
  • Strong work history
  • Ability to use a Computer or Mobile Device (RF Gun) to perform Receiving, Picking, Packing, or Chipping transactions in the WMS system

What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Associate

  • Perform a variety of functions involved with material handling, packaging, and applying correct labels
  • Confirm part identity by comparing details, receiving, assembling, and storing of parts, materials, and products
  • Prepare parts and materials for shipment, pack material, verify materials and quantities, maintain inventory, verify stock counts, move parts and materials to proper areas
  • Operate a variety of motorized and hand-powered material handling and semi-automated/automated packaging equipment, as well as scales, postage meters, and conveyor systems
  • Perform work from printed work order copies as well as various other written and verbal picking/packing instructions
  • Maintain a variety of records of shipping, receiving, and unloading trucks
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
