Start your new career as a Seafood Processor with MAU at our client in Carrollton, GA. As a Seafood Processor, you will play a key role in preparing, packaging, and handling seafood products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We Offer:

• Pay of $16.00 - $16.50 based on the shift
• First Shift | Monday 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Tuesday 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM & Friday 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Second Shift | Monday to Thursday 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM & Friday 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Temp-to-hire opportunity

• 1+ years of consistent work history
• 1 year of experience in food manufacturing – preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent – preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, reaching, climbing, etc.)
• Willingness to follow food safety, environmental, and workplace safety protocols

• Clean, trim, and prepare seafood products
• Sort products by size, color, and quality on conveyor belts
• Discard defective or foreign items
• Pack seafood into boxes, crates, or other containers
• Operate equipment to transport live or packaged seafood
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Follow environmental, safety, and food handling procedures
• Complete required training and report any safety risks
• Perform other related duties as assigned
