What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:
As a Machine Operator, you will support production operations by being cross-trained in Warping, Creeling, and Backwinding, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
- Starting pay: $18.75/hr
- Temp-to-Hire opportunity (permanent hire after 520 hours)

- Recent machine operator experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Willingness to work 10–12 hour shifts
- Ability to follow safety guidelines, work instructions, and company policies
- Must be able to train on 1st shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) for up to 12 weeks, then transition to 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Load, unload, and creel yarn packages
- Operate winders and related textile machinery
- Transport yarn using buggies or carts as needed
- Rack yarn across six levels, requiring bending and reaching
- Identify and interpret yarn labels and yarn types
- Follow all safety, quality, and production requirements
- Adhere to work instructions, creel boards, diagrams, and verbal direction from supervisors
