As a Quality Technician, you will perform in-process and final-line inspections to ensure all manufactured products meet safety, dimensional, and visual standards.

What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection
  • Basic math, measurement, and data entry skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Forklift experience or certification a plus (training available)
  • Must pass background and pre-employment screenings

What You’ll Do as a Quality Technician:
  • Perform in-process and end-of-line inspections to verify product quality
  • Use measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, rulers) to confirm product specifications
  • Record inspection results, rework details, and scrap data in quality logs
  • Identify non-conforming products and communicate issues to production or quality leads
  • Track scrap and assist in proper material handling
  • Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if needed)
  • Maintain calibration of inspection tools and report equipment issues
  • Support internal audits and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
  • Follow all safety protocols and proper use of PPE
