What We Offer:
  • Pay of $20–$23 per hour
  • Flexible part-time schedule (30 hours/week), Monday–Friday between 8 AM–5 PM

What We’re Looking For:
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, communications, or administrative roles (5–7 years preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in data management, scheduling, and event coordination
  • Familiarity with inclusion and cultural engagement initiatives
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
What You’ll Do as a Part-Time Inclusion Program Administrator:
  • Support and execute inclusion programs and campaigns aligned with company values and strategy
  • Plan and manage logistics for trainings, workshops, and events (virtual or in-person)
  • Maintain accurate records, scheduling, data tracking, and vendor coordination
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for team member inquiries related to inclusion initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather insights and drive communication
  • Analyze participation data and provide improvement recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and mitigate risk
  • Foster relationships with internal teams and external partners to support inclusive experiences
