As a Service Writer, you will be the vital link between customers and technicians, managing the service process from intake to vehicle delivery while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Competitive pay: $20.62–$27.59 per hour
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule
- First shift, no weekends
- Temp-to-hire opportunity with permanent placement after 520 hours

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Prior experience as an automotive service writer/advisor
- Automotive mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with shop management software (e.g., Tekmetric)
- ASE certification is a bonus
- Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
- Professional appearance and team-oriented mindset
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Accurately document vehicle issues based on customer input
- Prepare clear and detailed repair orders for technicians
- Provide estimates and explain recommended services
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and timelines
- Review completed work for accuracy before delivery
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
