As an Operations and Membership Executive Assistant, you will support key operational workflows and ensure accurate data management, smooth internal processes, and timely member engagement in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior-level administrative support role

  • Background in membership development, sales operations, or working with member-based/non-profit organizations

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in membership database tools (e.g., GrowthZone is a plus)

  • Candidates with experience in manufacturing, industrial, political, or government sectors are preferred

What You’ll Do as an Operations and Membership Executive Assistant:

  • Manage office operations including calendars, scheduling, document organization, and general admin support

  • Coordinate cross-departmental priorities and provide administrative assistance across teams

  • Serve as a liaison for internal/external scheduling, meetings, and facility coordination

  • Handle accounts receivable, invoicing, and financial tracking of membership dues

  • Track membership pipelines and support sales-related tasks

  • Manage new member onboarding, prep materials, and follow-up communications

  • Maintain membership databases and reporting tools (e.g., GrowthZone)

  • Respond to member inquiries and support engagement initiatives

  • Track membership activity, renewals, and key operational metrics

  • Drive process improvement and support operational consistency and efficiency
