- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience as a cycle counter or in a similar inventory role
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Must be able to work onsite (not a remote position)
- Maintain and update accurate inventory records in SAP and other systems
- Ensure timely material availability to support production operations
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Investigate root causes of inventory errors and report findings
- Support root cause analysis and disposition of nonconforming material
- Follow all safety rules and standard operating procedures
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
