SUMMARY:
Responsible for analyzing and summarizing financial and operational data across YMMC’s Operating and Business Units. Services provided to the Management team and Business units will include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis reporting and communicating with individual business units.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support internal managers in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Work closely with Cost Planners to develop Material Margin for finished goods and Product Line material margin.
- Analyze budget and forecast results and prepare detailed reports and presentations for review by all levels of management.
- Analyze, consolidate, and interpret monthly financial results and variances to forecasts and budgets.
- Align Yamaha Manufacturing with Sales Business Units.
- Performs special project ad-hoc reporting.
- Become a SME & Admin of budget software (Workday Adaptive).
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Three to five years’ experience in FP&A or a manufacturing environment.
- Budget and Forecast Modeling.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills:
- Adaptive Insight (Workday Adaptive).
- SAP
