As a Steel Welder, you will fabricate, weld, and repair steel components used in the production of custom spray equipment and truck-mounted spray units while ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

- 3+ years of experience welding steel components
- Proficiency in MIG and/or TIG welding processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols
- Strong measuring, cutting, and fitting skills
- Ability to lift 26–50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE use
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Weld steel components and assemblies using MIG and/or TIG welding processes
- Fabricate custom frames, mounts, brackets, and structural components
- Measure, cut, fit, and tack materials prior to welding
- Inspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards
- Repair or modify damaged or defective welded components
- Grind, finish, and clean welded surfaces as required
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and a clean work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with assembly and production teams to meet build requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
