Required Education and Experience

Essential Functions
  • Manage Fieldglass system operations daily
  • Track and manage employee attendance records
  • Upload and maintain documents in Bullhorn
  • Manage BTE timekeeping systems daily
  • Process payroll on a weekly basis
  • Coordinate assigned administrative tasks and support operations
  • Perform and oversee data entry activities
  • Maintain quality system process flow and documentation
  • Assist the ARL with correspondence, documentation, and file maintenance
  • Continuously improve service delivery to exceed customer expectations
  • Promote and support a strong safety culture by identifying hazards and improving workplace conditions
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • The work environment may include both administrative offices and manufacturing facilities at customer sites. Employees may work in environments ranging from non-temperature-controlled manufacturing areas to GMP cleanroom environments. This role regularly uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Industrial equipment and powered vehicles may be present in customer facilities.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 5–20 lbs periodically and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 4 hours
  • Ability to climb stairs multiple times per day
  • Ability to sit for up to 4 hours
