As a Sales Support Specialist, you will support the commercial team by managing sales administration, coordinating customer communications, conducting market research, and assisting with lead development to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

- High school diploma or equivalent - required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree - preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems preferred but not required
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, aviation, or a related industry is a plus
- Provide administrative and commercial support to the regional sales team across the Americas
- Assist with preparation of quotations, proposals, bid documents, and presentations
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and forecast records in Salesforce CRM
- Conduct market research to identify target customers, trends, and new business opportunities
- Prospect potential customers through research, outreach support, and lead qualification activities
- Support sales lead generation by developing prospect lists and tracking inbound and outbound leads
- Help identify opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Coordinate internal communication between sales, engineering, operations, service, finance, and leadership teams
- Support customer communications by responding to inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up
- Track open opportunities, quotations, and sales actions to help drive pipeline progression
- Assist with sales reporting, forecasting support, and commercial data analysis
- Coordinate customer visits, trade shows, meetings, and product presentations
- Support order handoff processes between sales and downstream teams
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project documentation
- Contribute to improvements in commercial processes, tools, and reporting practices
- Follow company quality, health, and safety procedures
