Start your new career as a Concrete Operator with MAU at our client in Conyers, GA. As a Concrete Operator, you will support the production of concrete pads and products by operating machinery, preparing molds, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs frequently (50–75% of shift)
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Prepare and mix concrete according to production specifications and measurements
- Coat molds with release agents, secure foam, and insert rebar as required
- Operate vibrators and assist with concrete spreading and strike-off (troweling) processes
- Demold concrete pads using vacuum equipment and transfer products to conveyor lines
- Inspect finished pads, remove defects, and repair minor imperfections
- Stack and palletize finished products with accurate counts
- Insert bolts, clips, and other components based on product specifications
- Operate foam cutting machinery and CNC equipment
- Maintain cycle counts of raw materials
- Label, wrap, and prepare products for inventory
- Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards
- Follow company waste disposal and safety guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
