Start your new career as a Concrete Operator with MAU at our client in Conyers, GA. As a Concrete Operator, you will support the production of concrete pads and products by operating machinery, preparing molds, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs frequently (50–75% of shift)
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
What You’ll Do as a Concrete Operator:
  • Prepare and mix concrete according to production specifications and measurements
  • Coat molds with release agents, secure foam, and insert rebar as required
  • Operate vibrators and assist with concrete spreading and strike-off (troweling) processes
  • Demold concrete pads using vacuum equipment and transfer products to conveyor lines
  • Inspect finished pads, remove defects, and repair minor imperfections
  • Stack and palletize finished products with accurate counts
  • Insert bolts, clips, and other components based on product specifications
  • Operate foam cutting machinery and CNC equipment
  • Maintain cycle counts of raw materials
  • Label, wrap, and prepare products for inventory
  • Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards
  • Follow company waste disposal and safety guidelines
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
