MAU is hiring a Technical Trainer for our client in Covington, GA. As a Technical Trainer, you will develop and deliver technical training programs and materials to support manufacturing operations for eVTOL aircraft. This is a long-term renewable contract opportunity.

- Associate’s degree or technical diploma from an accredited college or trade school in a related discipline, OR equivalent experience/combined education
- 5+ years of manufacturing or quality experience within Aerospace
- Experience developing technical training materials
- Experience conducting technical training in both classroom and hands-on environments
- Experience conducting instructor-led training
- Working knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 and FAA standards and requirements
- Experience utilizing or interfacing with NX/Teamcenter
- Intermediate knowledge and experience of various operation software and the Google suite
- Experience in prepreg and wet layup composite sandwich repair, preparation, bagging, and curing
- Experience working with a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and executing work instructions
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the US on a continuous basis without company sponsorship
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong bias for action with the ability to clearly communicate vision and drive change
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with teams, including virtual teams, as well as independently or with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Develop training programs, curriculum, training materials, training labs, and other training products for manufacturing eVTOL aircraft
- Identify optimal approaches to training requirements, including hardware, lab space, job aids, videos, course assessments, computer-assisted and adaptive learning environments, testing, behavior-based assessments, and performance measurement
- Create assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and identify instructional improvement opportunities, including pre-tests, post-tests, and knowledge checks
- Adapt and present material to various knowledge levels using strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attend additional courses, study course material, complete hands-on exercises, and pass a technical check performed by a qualified instructor to increase course qualification levels
- Acquire subject knowledge by collaborating with engineers, observing production methods, referencing industry-standard technical specifications, engineering drawings, models, and schematics
- Participate in project team meetings and meet deadlines as determined by the project schedule
