MAU is hiring a Contract RPO Recruiter in the Southeast (Remote). As a Contract RPO Recruiter, you will deliver full-cycle recruiting support for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) clients by sourcing, evaluating, and placing top talent in direct-hire roles. This is a full-time temporary opportunity.

Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

Essential Functions
• Recruit, evaluate, and place candidates for direct-hire roles
• Partner with client stakeholders to meet hiring needs
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Prepare candidates and clients for interviews
• Conduct follow-ups post-interview
• Present offers, negotiate terms, and confirm start dates and compensation
• Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports for clients
• Contribute to recruitment best practices and process improvements
Work Environment and Physical Demands
• Professional office environment with standard office equipment
• Occasional work at client sites, including administrative and manufacturing settings
• Exposure to varying environments, including non-temperature controlled and GMP clean room settings
