As a Plywood Operator, you will operate and manage key equipment in the plywood production process, ensuring efficient material flow, accurate inventory tracking, and high-quality output. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating cleaning and stacking lines in a production environment
- Proficiency using vacuum-assist hoists and operating heavy-duty forklifts (e.g., 18K capacity)
- Strong attention to detail, including accurate completion of manual and electronic production documentation
- Experience with inventory management and material tracking
- Ability to collaborate with production teams to meet operational goals
- Experience performing quality control (QC) checks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

What You’ll Do as a Plywood Operator:
- Operate cleaning and stacking lines to maintain smooth production flow
- Use vacuum-assist hoists to handle and position plywood materials
- Drive forklifts to transport materials between production areas
- Complete daily production reports through manual logs and digital systems
- Track and manage inventory of treated, dried, and finished plywood
- Collaborate with treatment, kiln, and production teams to execute production plans
- Strap and package finished plywood bundles for shipment
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
